Policy: Our artwork has worldwide recognition. It is collectable, and competitive in the Fine Art World.

Every artwork is an original and it is registered under the copyright law
at the United States Copyright Office at the Library of Congress with a specific number of authenticity.

Our policy, the artists' insurance and expectation from any sale of art is a fundamental way to establish clarity for the intellectual relation between the artist and the buyer

Payment Options: we accept VISA, Master Card, Checks, and money orders.
C.O.D is acceptable after a deposit of 20% is made.
Additional charges will apply for returned checks.

Shipping: Worldwide.
Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days after full payment is made.

Handling and Packing:
We prefer to ship the original artworks in secure crates and with full insurance. (see samples of the crates below). Lightly packaged cardboard boxes, may be less expensive and the cost of shipping is 30% less, but it is not preferred. (We cannot guarantee the safety of the artworks with this type shipping).

Artist Guarantee:
All sales are final. We Guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order.

Necessary documents like BILL OF SALE, CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY, ARTIST STATEMENT AND VITA and MAINTENANCE GUAIDE are provided with the ARTWORK.

If, for an Extreme Reason* you are not satisfied with your artworks at the time of delivery, or they are not in good condition in accordance with the original agreement between Artist and Purchaser which appear in any way in need of repair, please make an immediate written objection and contact with the Artist for clarifying the matter. However if the work is not repairable to the hi level of quality, you may get an exchange with a similar work by size and value, or a credit for a future purchase. No refunds will be issued. Credit certificate will be issued at the time when the artworks arrived in the gallery.

For special orders of artworks by specific site, size and theme:

there is a specific COMMISSION AGREEMENT with the terms and conditions for Commissioned Artwork which is available by request.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable both directions.

You may return a Limited Edition Copy, a Reproduction, or a Print for a replacement within 14 days of the shipment date, or the date of purchase if you take the Artwork directly from the Gallery. You must pay the shipping and handling charges in both directions. They are not refundable.

All purchases must be returned in a perfect condition for storage and prepared for resale without any additional embellishment's to the artwork from the artist. If the artwork is damaged by the shipping company (s) OR
If any Artwork is damaged upon delivery please contact immediately:

Purchaser acknowledges that no reproduction rights are granted without the written consent of the artist (Peter M. Eller). This includes no photographing, copying or printing from the original works. Any additional adaptations in print or electronic form shall be negotiated separately.

* Creative Note:

Purchaser acknowledges that the technique, style, motifs, concepts, look and certain elements of the art may be based upon and derived from previous designs created by the artist, Peter M. Eller, for himself and other clients. Purchaser acknowledges that designs may be created for other clients in the future, with similar elements and that this shall not be considered as an infringement to any purchase unless such design is identical to the art purchased. Limited edition reproductions are also available by request. They are printed on archival museum quality paper or canvas with archival ink, embellished and signed by the artist.

20 in x 20 in or 20 in x 24 in, = $65.00 + tax of 9.5%; Shipping and handling $12.00

2. Archival prints on canvas in limited edition, embellished and signed by the Artist, on stretcher bars ready for framing:

3. Larger sizes of prints on paper or canvas are available by request.

Shipping:

Samples of a variety of packing and shipping with different companies can be provided as well as insurance. For less security packaging with the following crates: i.e.. ( wood, plywood, carton, etc.) these may be provided for your satisfaction…and may fit in with your budget to ship anywhere worldwide.

For receipt of your purchase faster, we can offer it in 3 to 5 business days, door to door, we have reasonable prices, insurance policy, speed, safety or prompt delivery.

In plywood crates
