Once you have made your choice, please CONTACT with the Gallery Director. She will inform you of the availability of a desired work: prices, framing, packing and shipping.
POLICY: Our artwork has worldwide recognition. It is collectable, and competitive in the Fine Art World.
Each artwork is original and registered under the copyright law
at the United States Copyright Office at the Library of Congress with a specific number of authenticity.
We assume that the sales are final.
My goal is to establish an intellectual relationship with admirers and the Purchaser.
Payment Options: We accept VISA, Master Card, Checks, and money orders.
C.O.D is acceptable after a deposit of 20% is made.
Additional charges will apply for returned checks.
Taxes:
The business is registered in San Francisco, CA. All sales taxes are applied. If there is a show away form San Francisco, in the State, or out of the state, the taxes are in accordance with the local requirements.
Also, payment options are available. CONTACT the Gallery Director on regular bases, or the Artist during the shows.
TO RENT AN ARTWORK BEFORE MAKING THE COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE IT.
Rental of an artwork or prints (framed or unframed) are available by a request for the terms of three months-as many as you like, and the rental contracts are subject to "Rental Contract of Beyond The Point Gallery" based on 6% rent of the total sales price per month. Form #1 by the Clerk of the State must be completed too.
At the end of each rental term you have the option to buy the work. The rental fees, paid to a particular piece, will be subtracted toward its purchase price.
Examples for renting of an original artwork, mostly in accordance with the common level type of the Galleries in Down Town San Francisco,
(Example: Hang Gallery in San Francisco, CA):
$1000.00 to $1500.00 = $185
$5,000.00-$6000.00$485...etc.
Shipping: Worldwide.
Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days after full payment is made.
Handling and Packing:
We recommend shipping the original artworks in secure crates with full insurance. See samples of the crates below. We cannot guarantee the safety of the artwork with any other type of shipping.
Artist Guarantee:
Necessary documents, including Bill Of Sale, Certificate Of Authenticity, Artist Statement and Vita and Maintenance Guide are provided with the Artwork.
The condition of all artwork is guaranteed to be in accordance with the original agreement. If the Artwork is found to be damaged upon delivery, immediately contact the Gallery Director and the Artist. CONTACT

For special orders of Artwork by specific site, size and theme, there is a specific Commission Agreement form, with the terms and conditions for commissioned Artwork, available by request.
Terms:
Purchaser acknowledges that no reproduction rights are granted without the written consent of the artist Peter M. Eller. This includes no photographing, copying or printing from the original works for commercial use. Any additional adaptations in print or electronic form shall be negotiated separately.
Creative Note:
Purchaser acknowledges that the technique, style, motifs, concepts, look and certain elements of the art may be based upon and derived from previous designs created by the artist, Peter M. Eller, for himself and other clients. Purchaser acknowledges that designs may be created for other clients in the future, with similar elements and that this shall not be considered as an infringement to any purchase unless such design is identical to the art purchased. Limited edition reproductions are also available by request. They are printed on archival museum quality paper or canvas with archival ink, embellished and signed by the artist.

Samples of a variety of packing and shipping with different companies can be provided as well as insurance. For less expenses, security packaging is available with the following crates: i.e. wood, plywood, carton…and may fit in with your budget.
